IMPORTANT INFORMATION
SITE PLAN

30.6.08
Greg Dyke, the ex Director General of the BBC, has reserved one of the properties at Dartmouth Green. He is passionate about the environment, energy conservation and climate change. The Western Morning News ran a full page article about Greg and Dartmouth Green was also featured in the Western Morning News Property Section. Always ready to muck in, Greg was photographed with a bundle of thatch on his shoulder outside Broxdowne, Hawke and Merlins. Although it cannot really be attributed to Greg’s efforts, the thatching and natural stonework on this building has now been completed.
14.6.08
The fine weather has enabled building work to progress well and everything is pretty much on schedule.
The earth banks to the north of the site have been stabilised to enable the tennis court, buggy store and car parking areas to be built. Despite the credit crunch and still less than three months since the launch of the development five of the properties are now reserved.
26.5.08
The Sales & Marketing Suite is now open on site.
This is manned by Louise Wilmott Tuesdays to Saturdays between 10am and 5pm. Louise’s mobile number is 07795 625 773.
